Jakarta, June 27, 2026 — Khong Guan Group has received an award at the Jakarta Water Hero 2026 event, organised by PAM JAYA at the Jakarta City Hall courtyard. The recognition acknowledges Khong Guan Group’s commitment to supporting the responsible use of piped water and contributing to more sustainable water resource management in Jakarta.
Held under the theme “From Real Action to a Collective Movement,” Jakarta Water Hero 2026 serves as an appreciation platform for customers, communities, businesses, government institutions, and other stakeholders that contribute to the use of piped water, water-source conservation, and the expansion of equitable access to clean water services across Jakarta.
Khong Guan Group was named among the ten corporate award recipients. The award reflects the Group’s support for PAM JAYA’s initiatives to expand the use of piped water as a primary water source, while contributing to the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta’s target of achieving 100% piped drinking water service coverage.
Alberto, GA Manager of PT Khong Guan Biscuit Indonesia, expressed his appreciation for the recognition from PAM JAYA.

This year, PAM JAYA presented a total of 119 awards and recognitions to organisations and stakeholders that have made meaningful contributions to the development of piped drinking water services in Jakarta.
Through this recognition, Khong Guan Group further reinforces its commitment to contributing to cross-sector collaboration that supports sustainable development.
